You have asked for it and here it is!  Kevin and I are teaming up again!  This time it is all about the 'Que!  We will be sharing our tips and tricks to our Award Winning Brisket, Pulled Pork and Ribs. Here's the cool part, we are offering a hands on option. With the hands on option will supply you with the three meets, boning knife as well as a bottle of Sweet heat and Brisket rub!  

This is a class you don't want to miss and space is very limited and will fill up fast!

(**make sure to bring a cooler with the hands on option to bring home the prepped meat.  We will have ice on hand**)

(will include 1 whole packer Brisket, 1 Boston Butt and a rack of Spare Ribs. Along with a Boning Knife, a bottle of Sweet Heat and Brisket Rub)

 

Class will be held at Lane’s World Head quarters in Bethlehem, GA (Directions).
